Frank is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Psychology Practice. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPI).

Frank has extensive experience working with adults and families across diverse community and hospital settings, including adult mental health, palliative care, alcohol and drug withdrawal, chronic illness management, and occupational health. He supports clients dealing with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, trauma, substance dependence, emotional regulation difficulties, interpersonal challenges, chronic illness, and major life transitions.

As part of allied health teams, Frank has collaborated with General Practitioners and other specialists to deliver effective psychological care for clients with chronic and complex health conditions such as chronic pain, heart disease, diabetes, life-threatening illnesses, and alcohol and drug withdrawal. He has also worked in suicide and self-harm prevention, provided trauma counselling for bushfire survivors, co-facilitated emotion management and men’s behaviour change groups, and conducted community education as a Mental Health First Aid instructor.

Frank adopts a collaborative approach, focusing on understanding his clients’ lived experiences, personal narratives, and strengths. He works with clients to identify their core values and develop personal goals, empowering them to achieve self-efficacy and agency. His approach is interpersonal and incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Frank has a particular interest in integrating mindfulness into psychological practice. He has successfully utilised guided mindfulness strategies with individuals and groups in a variety of clinical settings.
